"Quality is when clients continue to mandate GCN Consulting!"

GCN Consulting is working on base of an integarted and comprehensive understanding of management and leaderhip. Together with the mandator an individually designed mission is defined, adapted to the specific situation of the mandator. In any case carefully is anaylsed which are the contributions of GCN Consulting to successfully solve the problems and to complete the mission. Together with top managemnt the expectations are clarified in detail and on this base a proposal is offered.
Engaging GCN Consulting

Consulting for us is also implementation and indipendant second opinion

Our contribution to resolve problems and complete missions is cutomized individually for the specific situation and needs of the mandator. To guarantee this GCN Consulting has development the follwing five basic patterns of collaboration:

When Consulting, GCN Consulting together with top management defines the project design. On this base GCN Consulting together with an internal projct team is elaborating and implementing the intended solutions in day-to-day operations.

As Implementation Supporter, after conceptual work, GCN Consulting supports an internal project team during the implementation of new processes and tructures into daily operations.

The Coaching-Approach is used, when GCN Consulting is mandated to design a procedure for internal management and tasked to moderate implementaton processes.

Sounding Board we call supporting activities which aim to enrich meetings and workshops with an independant and external view on things and situation.

With a Second Opinion mandators get the opportunitiy for indipendant feedback, for monitoring or evaluation of management topics like e.g. successful implementaton, progress of projects or ledership qualifications.
